JC Penneys is part of the Crossroads Mall and there is adequate handicap spaces in the parking lot. The manual entry doors are heavy and open outward. The counters are low enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The bathroom is located at the rear of the store on the first floor. There are a couple of doors that need to be opened before entering the bathroom itself. The first door opens outward, the second door opens inward, and the stall door opens inward. The bathroom is not very large and a person would need help to navigate.
