Christopher Banks is located on the upper level of the Crossroads Mall. There is an elevator nearby and an escalator a few yards away from entrance.The aisles of the store are wider than usual which makes it easy for someone in a wheelchair or walker to maneuver easily throughout the store. There is not a public bathroom, but one is available if necessary and can be reached easily with the help of an associate.
